Founder & CEO

Mike founded Parency out of his own experience raising children inside a custody framework, where he saw co-parenting tools that were not intuitive, not focused on children, and too often used as instruments of conflict. A technologist with 25+ years building data-centric solutions across healthcare, finance, and insurance, he watched attorneys drown in unstructured data and still bill hourly for work that AI can now automate. ParencyLegal is his answer. Mike leads day-to-day operations and product.

Christopher is a technology executive with more than 20 years building secure, enterprise-grade platforms. He advises ParencyLegal on technical architecture, security, and long-term AI strategy, helping shape a scalable foundation capable of connecting parents, firms, and courts through a single trusted system of record.

Kena Hollingsworth

Family Law Advisory Board

Founding partner of Hollingsworth Law Group in Carmel, Indiana, and creator of the Divorce Done Differently approach, with 20+ years devoted entirely to divorce and family law since her admission to the Indiana bar in 2002. Her practice spans divorce and legal separation, child custody and parenting time, child support, paternity, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and family law appeals. A civil and family law mediator, trained collaborative divorce professional, and certified relationship coach, Kena draws on her own experience as a child of divorce to promote positive co-parenting and sustainable, child-centered resolutions.

Founding attorney of Schnitzius Family Law, LLC in Fishers, Indiana, with more than three decades in family law and admission to the Indiana bar since 1993. Her practice spans divorce, custody, paternity, adoption, and guardian ad litem work across Central Indiana. She is an Indiana Supreme Court registered domestic mediator, parenting coordinator, Certified Collaborative Divorce Professional, and guardian ad litem with Kids’ Voice of Indiana, bringing firsthand insight into family dynamics and a focus on cost-effective, child-centered resolutions.
